Wheel size doesn't really do much, what is the tire diameter on your 14" wheels?
Stock tire diameter is 18.5", there is no trouble usually with 20" diameter.

You will gain speed and lose some torque but it should be OK if you're not fully loaded in extreme terrain.

You will need a lift to run that size.
