Either go or nogo - What to adjust?

1999 Gas Club Car

When operating the car, it'ss either pretty much "go along fairly quickly" or not at all. What I mean to say is.... there is no loping along at any slow "idle" speed. What needs to be adjusted?

All else with the car is great....starts readily, runs smoothly, pulls strong, etc.

Any suggestions?

Well,

The described condition was corrected by making small (very small) adjustments to both the cable going into the black box and to the solid link from the accelerator pedal...problem solved!

When you say small increments......how small? I may have to do the same thing with mine.

Hey Dirtman.....Pretty small increments. Enough to get just a tad bit frustrated with it.....but.....

On the fixed link from the pedal...maybe one or two turns at a time.

On the cable going into the black box...about the same.

They are somewhat related....one adjustment affects the other. It took about 6 or 8...iterations....before it finally started acting right.
