Hello all,
I have been inspired by reading all these post and purchased my first cart. Its a 91 cc. It runs and drives well. I'm thowing it in the air (6" spindle), painting it(grey met. w/lime green flames, and I'm going to attempt to build a new cage and front and rear bumpers. I will post pics as I progress and would love input throughout the process. This is by far the best forum! Two more question. I was playing with the motor and tooke the air box off and it doesn't like it. I was thinking of putting a k&n air filter but I'm affraid it will sputter still. Any suggestions? Second, I would like to purchase the power pully from cart parts but my buddy was asking me about a spacer? THe kit on cart parts doesn't come with one. Any suggestions? Thanks a ton! ~ |

Welcome to BGW. Look forward to seeing pic's of your build. First question: if this is like a Yamaha, you will need to change to a bigger jet with the K&N, more air means more fuel to equal the ratio. Second question: contact cart parts and they can set you up with what you need.
