Default wires from a 2000 fe290d

does anyone know what the 3 wires coming from the engine go to? 1 is black and comes off the ignitor, the other 2 are green/white and come out of the inner case.

thanks for the diagram it may help, currently the cart is wired battery to starter thru a push starter button. no other wiring on the cart, i would like to try and wire the cart for lights, radio and be able to shut off the engine right now i have to choke it out.

thanks, tell me if im wrong but what i'm getting from all this is, i can hook up a kill button to the black wire and i can cut and cap the two green and white wires. if i'm wrong please let me know.
