Fuel Line Barb On Carb
The fuel line barb on my carburator has popped off i tapped it back in and it was fine for a few days but it has popped out again causing the cart to spill gas and lose prime. each time it does this the cart is hard to start. can i epoxy this back in place or how do i go about this? ive tapped it back in with a screw driver and hammer a few times and it manages to make its way back out each time.

Re: Fuel Line Barb On Carb
You can try the epoxy, rough up the area that goes into the carb body for more "bite".Worse case if it comes out is thread/tap the carb body and screw in a threaded hose barb, not sure without putting a caliper on it but maybe 1/8 pipe thread?

Re: Fuel Line Barb On Carb
Use JB weld. It will hold up to the heat and fuel.
