water in my oil
I have a 98 club car and I just figured out where my oil leak is coming from, the side case gasket. It is the clutch side of the engine. What I can't figure out is why the oil is milky white. I flushed it a couple times by changing the oil and each time after I drove a short while the oil turned milky again. It does not smell of gas so I don't think gas is getting in there and if it did I don't think it would turn the oil milky white. I checked compression and it's at 152 which I think is 4 psi shy of what it should be. I am going to pull the engine and it looks like I have to pull the clutch to change the side case gasket. I don't know if this will solve my mystery oil color though but I guess it's a start. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
