What exactly is it doing ? Slow, Misfiring, poor starting etc ? Symptoms would most useful in helping with the diagnosis.

Double check the cover on the air box, and air intake tube, they MUST be sealed completely for it to run properly!

when you cleaned the carb did you take it off and go over every bit of it? tear it down clean every opening and hole you can find.....go over every hole in jets and use compressor to blow thur everything......otherwise its just a waste of time............................

when i cleaned the carb i took the jets out of the bottom and the air jet out of the top the i soaked the carb in carb cleaner for 2 days i blowed every jet and hole... but i have just noticed when i remove the air intake hose from the air box it runs fine is there something inside the air box that could restrict air flo ??? i put my finger in the opening where the choke butter fly is and it is open..anything else that could be in there choking it ???

i have checked for a restriction in the air box and it is clean.... just as soon as i remove the hose that runs to the air cleaner box it starts running fine i have even removed air filter and it still runs bad with the hose installed it seems to sputter at high rpm acceleration is good but as soon as it levels out here comes sputter ...my hair is falling out by the hour so any help is greatly appreciated ...lol
