Default Some Maintenance Questions

I will be tuning up my neighbors golf cart soon and have a few questions on the maintenance. I am not sure if it in a 290 or 350
First what spark plug do they take?
Second, when changing the rearend oil if it is an upper/lower unit rear is it specced for synthetic oil or just recommended.
Thanks,
Dan

Depending on the year of the cart, the spark plug will vary a bit,
85 to 91 will be an NGK bp4ma
and, 92 and up will be an NGK bpr5es

Yep... no matter the year, synthetic 80w-90 gear oil would be best, but, regular 80w-90 will be fine for normal use!

Geez Chris...

Thanks Don,
I'll have to find out the year of the cart.
And Chris I did use google and searched this site to find out which spark plug they take and found nothing.
