Default 94 CC help

I replaced the spark plug and filters.

Cart will turn over with pedal pushed but not start. It will only start if you pump the gas or shoot it with carb cleaner. Any Ideas on the limited info.

sounds like you have a fuel issue...........pull the fuel line right at carb and put cart in maintence mode crank it over see if its pumping fuel to carb if so you have a carb problem...............if not than a fuel pump problem......both can be cleaned just need to be careful and take yoyr time do it right..........otherwise its a waste of time..............................

More history?
Has it been sitting? Try to start it and then remove plug, is it wet?
Follow Toms direction with the fuel line flow test.
If it is pumping out of the hose you need to remove the carb and check the bowl for dirt/trash, if you find dirt clean the carb and jets, fuel lines, and check fuel tank, do it once from carb to tank 100% or it will happen again.

If it is not pumping first check the pulse line from the pump to engine block for cracks or plugged, then the pick up tube and lines from tank to pump.
Then if all that is good clean fuel pump.

It hasnt been sitting. I checked the fuel pump and it pumps like crazy. The carb just sits there and leaks gas from the bottom drain valve

Known as the overflow, becasue the needle is stuck and cannot shut off the supply. You need to pull carb and clean and inspect. Our GO GREEN FUEL we get now is stopping up more carbs.
