94 cc carryall 2 carb?
fuel is filling up in the crankcase,so im guessing it is time for carb rebuild or new carb.it has fe350; is 290 same carb?where to buy rebuild kit or new carb?thanks for info

If fuel is getting in the crank case then the carb isn't likely the problem. Check your fuel pump if it gets a tiny little pin hole then it will suck fuel into the crank case that way. I'd personally check there first.

could also be float either sticking or pin that holds it came un-done......have seen that plenty..............................
