1999 no slow speed
I just bought a 1999 club that will run about 20. My prob is not that it doesnt go fast it is that it has no slow speed (Barely push pedal to get going or in reverse). Right now the car will just jolt the passengers. Is there any fix to the no slow speed or will I have to replace a part?
