Default 6 inch A-arm lift kit on 1995 club car

I installed the lift and the rear is much lower than the front. Is this normal. If so how can I level the cart up. Do I need to have a bigger block made at a machine shop? Thanks

Did you move the axel to the bottom of the leaf spring that will give you a couple inches?

Yes I put lift in just like the instructions said. Leaf spring, block, then axle on bottom.

Mine was apparantly an optical illusion as well. 8 inch lift and rear looked a whole lot lower. measured and rear was actually a 1/4 of an inch taller.
Weird.....

I think it's the front end on the club car makes it look higher than it really is

Did a 7.5 inch lift on my DS. I also thought it looked lower in the back. Measured it and it was very close to the same. I still did not like the way it looked so I cut some one inch thick blocks and bolted them to the leaf spring with the alignment pin. It is now higher in the back, but in my opinion it looks better.
