2005 club car carry all fuel gauge???

Can someone give me a link to how to wire the factory fuel and hour gauge up. A couple of wires have been removed and I would like to have fuel gauge working. I know there is a black, orange, blue and one more wire that I cant remember the color, But there is an extra spade on the back of the meter. 5 spades,4 wires.

I can't link anything for you but tomorrow in the light I'll take a pic of my villager 6's fuel gauge on the back for you.

Looking at the back of the gauge:

Lug #1 (top left) Orange
Lug #2 (top Right) Blue
Lug #3 (bottom left) Black
Lug #4 (bottom right) White

Lugs #5 & 6 (Center left and Right) not connected to anything

Per the schematic in my manual.

thats the way its wired, I guess its a bad gauge. I disconnected the orange wire at the fuel tank and is still reads full. Hour meter does not work at all.
