93 Gas Club Car Lift Kit
I recently picked up a 93 gas club car and want to add a lift kit and bigger wheels and tires. It has the back seat option and with transporting 4 adults the stock suspension seems to not be strong enough. Any recommendations on the brand and style to go with? I have another golf cart that has a Jakes lift kit on it and we have been happy with it. I am not sure what works the best for this model of cart.
Any ideas and suggestions are welcome - thanks |

Re: 93 Gas Club Car Lift Kit
Jakes is Great and "All Sports" is good too. They come with heavy duty rear springs.Go with a made in the USA built frontend. The cheap stuff is just that!! I used them both, but I thinks Jakes can take harder hits on the trail. Go with a 7-8" lift. As far as rims, i'd go with 12" over 10" because your axle height will increase. A 23" or 24" tire is good as well. Also if your going to carry that extra people on trail hills, I'd go with a clutch kit for that extra low end grunt.
