Battery for 92 DS Gas car

What size battery is used for the 1992 DS Gas club car. I inherited this unit and am some what mechanically inclined but have never touched one of these. Battery was removed from the car a couple of years ago and that's the way I got it. This thing needs help but I don't believe at this point it's hopeless. LIke to get it running.

I may be wrong, but I'm thinking it uses a plain ole chevy battery. Might be a plain FORD. the Pos & Neg terminals are just reversed between the 2 batteries.

Someone else will be along to confirm, I'm sure.

thanks, Was hoping for something just a little more specific. Battery was removed from the unit before I acquired it. If I needed a long block (fe 290 ccw) where is good place to purchase? Existing motor does not appear to have any compression but not certain.
