Default Idle Adjustment Screw

So I disconnected the pedal kill wire on my 92 club car so it will idle after first pressing the gas, however now I would like to adjust the idle screw so it wont creep forward, which screw is the idle screw on the carb and which direction would prevent it from creeping?

Sorry I am new to carts I cant seem to find for certain which of the three screws I see is the idle adjustment. Is it screw # 4 in the diagram below?

Thanks for the image! that makes this easy, it's screw #2 and turn it counter clockwise or out.
