Default using chains on golf cart

Do golf carts do well with chains on the rear tires in light snow? Should I not put them on my cart? I happen to have a set of chains from my tractor that would fit the tires perfectly. Does anyone out there have experience doing this? Thank you!

There are a few that use chains with their snow plow on their carts, and they seem to be happy with the extra traction!

I've always wanted to get a set, but, I never really needed them! (except... once! )

The turf tires on golf carts dont provide much traction even on wet grass. I bought a cheap set of more aggressive tread tires from Tractor Supply. I've used them on snow, ice, etc. Never had a use for chains.
