Tonka you have a kf82 engine i can garuntee that you have not flipped the service switch on the cart its on the frame rail on the coil side of the engine on the seat support hoop , i am going to bet thats most likely the cause since your cart is not starting from the pedal btw I have that part you wanted off pm me with shipping details

Unbelievable! KGSC was right!! I unplugged the ground wire as shown in the pic, jumped the solenoid and I had an awesome, deep blue spark coming from the spark plug!! It was great! Now I need to get the solenoid problem fixed! I will get a plug boot from the local mower shop. Wouldn't mind jumping the solenoid to hear the motor run for a little bit!! Man, I'm happy now! Off to bed for a few hours... Midnights at Valspar are a little bit tougher than afternoons at the school district!! Thanks for the spark issue help!! Now to the starting issue!!

I've come to the conclusion, if this coil goes out, it will be getting a clone. Not sure of the horsepower of the stock engine??

The KF82 is rated around 8hp.

Oh wow. My old Yamaha was about 9hp. I would over double the hp with a clone. This will be the kids cart so, I don't need them being speed demons or "torque-aaholics" at 10 and 7 years old...
