Ds club car won't start
I have a 95 ds it won't start. Cleaned and checked all major connections. Brought starter to be tested seemed fine. Starter will run for a few seconds with no belt on then stop. Seems to do this if I let it be for a while. There are 13 volts gong to the hot wire when not connected to starter. When connected as soon as power is engaged the voltage drops to less than 1 volt. Help!!

i have a 2000 cc that is doing the same thing still haven't figuered it out hopefully i can get it tomorrow. if you fixed it please let me know thanks
