oh man... another one!

Just kidding Cog! Welcome to BGW!

This must be your cart:

In most cases, your probably over-reving just a bit,
The oil can't get back to the crankcase fast enough for the oil level sensor to stay stable,
It's a pretty common problem for the Kawi engines when people mess with the governor! (PCC?)

The only suggestions I have is to reduce your rpm's on the governor adjustment a little,
or let off the GO pedal the second you see the light come on! (otherwise... BANG!)
Also... 10W-40 is suggested per manufactures specs! (synthetic is even better!)

ok ok.......lockman.......will give him my tiny tach........wants that fancy one from cpp anyway.......will look for post on proper adjustment of the governor............hanging head in shame........i just zipped tied it...........could have unpluged his rev limiter.....buy i did not!!!!!
the thing was so slow.....11mph, we were always waiting on him, had to do something, so i am guilty of making it a little faster.........20 mph.....now

CTD... Atta' Boy!

PCC... cut and add a new loosened zips on the spring so it doesn't over-rev!
The tires are stock, so 20mph is a bit high! redo them to around 17mph!

NEVER overfill a kawi engine with oil!!! it'll smoke to beat h*ll! (personal experience! )
