Default Lifted Precedent; brakes iffy

I installed a Jake's 6" Double A-Arm and HD four-leaf rear springs on our 2007 Precedent Gas.

Once lifted, my brake pedal goes right to the floor, but does stop the cart. And I noticed what sounds like a dragging brake.

During installation, I loosened the clip holding the left (driver) rear brake cable to the frame, moved the cable within it, and reinstalled it. I remember hearing some folks say it MAY need to be replaced with a passenger side cable after installing a lift, but I thought that was only if it didn't fit.

Seeking suggestions. Do I need to install a longer cable, adjust the cables where they rest under the floor mat, or both? Or?

Adjust linkage under the floormat first to give you more brake pedal. Then let the brakes self adjust when you go quickly in reverse and apply the brakes firmly.
