equss 6068
I have a 96 club car with a Kawasaki FE350 I have installed the equss 6068 with inductive pickup on spark plug wire and I am not liking the movement of the needle its real jerky.
The inductive pickup just doesn't seem to clamp down well enough. Has anyone run this model tach with the green wire installed instead of the inductive pickup. pics a plus |

Some reading material:
http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-c...gine-tach.html http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-c...tallation.html Might be something in those threads for you. I've thought about getting this tach for my cart but just haven't done it yet. |

Thanks, Springbok. I also need to read those to install my tach (still in the box).

Re: equss 6068
I have a speed question. I have a 96 club car limo with tach installed on FE350, zip tie on throttle cable spring at governor arm and running at 4000rpms (per tach) the rev limiter kicks in but I am only getting 20mph top speed with 24 inch tires. What am I missing? When I zip tied the spring I only gained 2mph
