carryall engine
I am in need of a older carryall engine. I bought 1 and it didnot have one on it so I need the complete engine, so does anyone have one in good running order to sell at a reasonable price?

Re: carryall engine
What year is it? If it is pre '97 I would definately put a briggs or a clone in it as opposed to a stock engine. For a lil more work you can have a lot more engine!

Re: carryall engine
I done a clone on mine and I think thats the way to go. My Fe290 that was in my carryall ran ok before it started knocking. When I stared pricing everything the clone was the only way to go for the money. Geoff at Vegas Carts (site sponsor) has a great deal on clones. My clone feels like its got twice the power as the stock FE290. And Its not one of Geoff's built clones, It's just a stock Durmax. Is your cart missing everything. starter/generater, and clutch, and engine. I think the clone would be your best value. I do have a knocking ccw FE290 but it needs repair, I'm in same town your in. Good luck and any help you may need just ask, this site is great.
