Default Drive Clutch Lubrication

Just pulled my drive clutch off and going to install a new spring.

Does the clutch get lubricated with a dry lubricant? I have a can of the comet dry lube I have used on my kids go-cart clutch.

If it gets lubed can anyone give the specifics?

Thanks for the help!! The information on this site has been a great help.

Found this on the Power Kit Install Instructions.

I guess this is all that needs lubrication??

Tech Tip -
Your clutch will operate smoother with reduced wear, when a dry moly or dry graphite lubricant
is added to the nylon slides and to the area of the sheave where the slide contacts. NEVER use
grease or anything that remains tacky, as this will attract dirt and cause problems.

I went with the WD cuz I ride in high water sometimes and it helps prevent rust and if anything does get on it, it will rinse easier. Plus I can shoot it into the clutch with the supplied straw without dismantling the clutch over again. It d oest stay tacky.
