Dang papabear, that sucks on the clutch. You'll have to replace that or you'll eat that $50 belt.

Re: 2 questions about 90 club
Well Just took the Jeep back to where this happened . And low and behold I found the broken piece. Maybe I can do some welding repair on it . Ill see.
Does it just slip off or do I need to pull it off with puller. ? |

Re: 2 questions about 90 club
The puller goes into the end of the crankshaft, the end of the clutch is threaded for the puller. Not sure if you have room to pop it in the cart or not,but I know I'd make it happen before pulling the motor.I don't know what quality the aluminum is,whether is weld-able or not.If not,you can buy a new or used inner-half and reuse your outer half.Hope this helps.

Re: 2 questions about 90 club
You may just have to take the rear body off to get to it.

Re: 2 questions about 90 club
you should be able to yank the clutch with the motor/body as is. On some non lifted carts I have had to take the front spring bolt and back it out flush to the mount for a bit of extra clearance.
That thing spins at about 3200rpm if you havent messed with the governor. How do you Feel about having a loved one sit on top of that peice of pot metal you tried to weld back to gether to save a few bucks? the puller just threads in after you take the bolt off if your rear clutch is badly worn, you may look at replacing the pair of them? |

Re: 2 questions about 90 club
Papabear, there is a post on here somewhere that shows how to make a puller for your clutch. I'm not sure who posted it but I think it may have been Springbok.
