Default Getting access to the belts on a 2004 clubcar FE290

My brother and I picked up a 2004 President CC.I'm new to golfcarts. The starter belt is squealing.I'm want to adjust it but everything is packed in so tight I can't even see the belts. The body has a small access cover in the rear.Would I go through there?Do you drop the motor and transaxel down to get to them?
It's still cold and snowy here in Connecticut so I really don't want to get under it to look yet. I've searched in Google, here,YouTube and the Clubcar manuals and haven't much luck.I've seen a few pictures and drawings but not much help.

Welcome to BGW!

Have you tried removing the seat? It tilts up from the back edge and the engine is right there.

Yes,it's the first thing I tried. The belts are on the passenger side and the gas tank is on top of them. The starter is up high to the right under the body very hard to see.
I forgot to mention that it has a pick-up type body behind the seat. There is a small panel under it in the back wall of the bag carry area.I'm too big to get to it so I might need to take the P/U body off.
I went online yesterday to see what the bodies looked like for a 2004.Some had a cut-out behind the seat back area.Mine is solid under the P/U body with a rubber mat under it.
If I jack the rear of the cart up and put it on stands I don't think I'd be able to reach the starter bolts.BTW I've been a bus mechanic for 13 yrs. and a heavy equipment mechanic for nearly 20.I've been disabled for 4 yrs. now.I'd really not like to take the body off for such a simple fix.Does any one have any ideas.?I'll try to get some picks of it today. The serial# under the dash is PRO442-450357
