Club Car Turf2 Ran great, now hesitates and sputters

Hi, I have a gas powered Club Car Turf2, sorry not sure what year but must be from the 90's, that was running great but now it hesitates and sputters, will go for a second then hesitates again. It was out in the rain so I thought it might just be wet but its been dry for a while so not sure now. When it starts to go and I pull out the choke it runs fine. The carb was replaced last year and the fuel filters look clean.

Kawasaki engines are really finicky when it comes to air/fuel mixture!
Any air leaks in the intake system will make it run like that.

~Check the tightness of the carb mounting nuts,
~Check the intake tube for cracks, and tightness on the carb and air box,
~And check to make sure the air box cover is tight and installed correctly.
