Carryall 2002 starter /Gen work on bench not in cart!?
Hello,
Recently I purchased a Carryall cart that had the starter generator out. Previous owner said no good... Replaced the badly worn brushes and cleaned. Tested on the bench. 12V + to A-1 12V - to F-1 Jumper from A-2 to F-2 Motor turns well... Installed in cart and know that battery is good. Can get contact to selinoid (clicks and 12V to other side). Problem Starter will not turn!? I have checked all Micro switches and they are functioning... Continuity through all wires check!? Not sure where to go... Can voltage regulator stop from turning? Something else I am missing... Anything to bypass to check? Anything would be welcomed and appreciated... Thanks to all in advance.... |

belt may be to tight. There is a fine line between too tight and too loose.
