Club Car Gas Pedal Start Electrical Issue
I have a 2004 Club Car Carryall 1 pedal start golf car that the solenoid won't go to ground. I have changed the micro switches and it still won't start. The voltage regulator and the solenoid are new. I have checked for power to the solenoid and it is ok. I turned the switch on and took a wire and grounded the orange wire that comes from the micro switch to the solenoid to the frame and it will start when you do this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: Club Car Gas Pedal Start Electrical Issue
Good question. Mine will sometimes just spin and not fire unless I barely touch the gas pedal. About 75% of the time it works fine, then hesitates until I barely touch the pedal.
I've cleaned all the electeical connections and it appears to have a good gas supply. Any suggestions? |

Re: Club Car Gas Pedal Start Electrical Issue
Which microswitches did you change ?
Did you check also the switches for maintenance and forward/backwards control? |
