With that Aluminum Brightener did you still have to do much scrubbing to get the frame clean?

Nope just used a pressure washer with orbiting tip sprayed on decreased where needed. then aluminum brightener for 30secs then hosed off. I couldn't have got it as clean as it is by scrubbing plus it was a whole lot less work

Wow, really nice job. You've got great skills. I had to replace a rear shock on my 90 ds and it was a royal pain with the body still on the cart. Being able to take the body off would have made it so much easier -- but I wouldn't know where to start. Looking forward to seeing the rest of this rebuild.

Nice build Skew, I like the color choice. As far as bodywork, 80 grit everything to start, body filler then sand (repeat if necessary), primer and/or sealer, block/sand some more, paint and clear. Anything I'm missing? Any special adder for plastic body?
