Clicking noise when driven clutch not pulling cart while underway
There is a clicking noise evident. Is this normal for 2002 gas DS when cart is freewheeling and engine not under power to transmission? Kinna grinding noise with clicking.

Re: Clicking noise when driven clutch not pulling cart while underway
Two weeks ago? Sorry about that - I hope you haven't given up on us.
My original driven clutch made a helluva racket when it freewheeled. It performed fine, but it made the cart unpleasant to drive, so I replaced it with a rebuilt one. Just my luck: the rebuilt clutch is also noisy, but more of a rattle compared to the sharp "clacking" the original one made. I don't see a lot of people complaining about it, but yeah, the noise is normal for my cart. |
