Default Pitting on cylinder wall

This 290 has already been bored 50. Has anyone tried running a piston in a cylinder like this. I have already honed it. I don't think theres anything I can do. The block is trash I think after the max bore is reached. But though about putting new rings in and see if it will run for a while. It had 90lbs compression. Been sitting for a while. Any advice? Also will the extra blow by affect anything.

Is it galled or is that aluminum from a trashed piston.
It does not look to bad, I have used cylinders in worse shape.

No it's pitted into the steel. The main pitting is at the bottom of the piston where they took off the carb and I guess some water got in there.

Got it back together has 140 lbs compression cold. It does have a knock at higher rpm kind of like a rod or something. I didn't check those out when I had it tore down. Should have. Any ways running ok now we'll see how long it last. For 250 total it will make a good hunting buggy.
