I got all the top end parts ordered along with the carb kit and fuel pump rebuild kit. Only cost 56 bucks. Started on the body but this fiberglass stuff is a messy ordeal. I took the cylinder to the shop and had it honed. They said there was only .005 wear on the cylinder. I am going to use the old piston as there was nothing wrong with it. If it runs I will have less than 200 dollars and a lot of elbow grease in it. Has anyone ever painted there seats? I hear there is a paint out there to do it with. Thanks

No I didnt get crank seals but when I tested the motor there was no play in the rod bearing or anything. I think it will be okay. the motor is in great shape on the inside. I did take off the auto oilier if any body is interested?

There is no correlation between end play or crankshaft and seal condition. Everything can be good and tight but the seals still can be bad. Maybe you will be lucky on this one!

$100.00 sounds like a heck of a deal. Good luck with it.
