Default spark at points not at plug

I have an early 80's Columbia that will not start. So far I have installed new spark plug and wire, new ignition coil, new points and condenser. I have spark at the points but not at the plug. Any ideas?

Check and see if you are getting voltage to your coil:

Get a multimeter and put the "-" on the negative post of your battery the put the "+" on the positive side of your coil. Hit the gas and you should be seeing 12v on your multimeter. If you do then your cart is losing a ground somewhere. If you don't then you have a bad wire, probably between before the coil.

Could also be a bad condenser. If you have the old parts still start swapping them back one by one. For testing add a ground between the battery - and engine just to be sure.

You have the standard point ignition and it is sparking at the points so there is a short in the point installation.
