Default Columbia Par Car LED lights

I would like to install ignition switch energized 12v LED running lights that blink when the signals are activated. I'm having trouble finding a 12v source also having trouble removing the dashboard. This is on a 2011 battery powered Par Car. Any help would be appreciated. Thx
