Whats this worth?
I'm looking to sell this 89 Columbia Par Car gas golf cart. As many of you know from my other thread, it took some work to get it back up and running but it now runs quite well. I replaced the piston, piston rings, head gasket, reed valve, spark plug, re-timed the engine, and rebuilt the carb. Its got some grippy tires someone put on it before I bought it that are in pretty good condition as well as some headlights on the front.
Does anyone have some idea of what this thing is worth and or what I should take for it? I'm going to try and sell it on craigslist and would like to get rid of it sooner than later as I have no use for it. Any input is greatly appreciated! |

It really depends where you live. In my area the looks of the cart are key to selling for higher prices. A average looking, good running cart sells for low prices. A fancy paint job and wheels will sell a barely running cart for crazy money.
A little paint, seat coverings, and some energy drink stickers will have it in the $2K range where I live. |
