Default 91 gas - 4" lift tire size?

i'm putting a 4" lift on my 91' Par Car, whats the largest size wheel/tire that I can fit on it?

Can't find anything that references my cart in regards to lift.

Unfortunately, there is probably no one here with that type of detailed information. That being said, just about all golf carts across all manufacturers use the same 8 inch tires as stock and Par Cars were no different (18 x 8.5 x eight). As such, one can reason that tires for lifted carts are also mostly the same being that they had the same stock wheels. I would do some research on what tires fit carts with a 4 inch lift in a general sense. Chances are very good they will work on your cart.

In general, 20" tires will work. 22" might work, might not.

Find someone that is close to you that would be willing for you bring your cart and try their 20's, 22's or 23's on your cart.
I'm in Hockley TeXas with 22's

I put 13 in boat trailer wheels on my older HD and the power wasn't there to run with them. I also tried some 12 inch trailer wheels and still the power wasn't enough to get the speed I wanted. The 13 inch wheels rubbed some but the cart could have been modified to run with them but like I said the power was not enough. So before you buy new rims be sure the power is enough to give you the performance you want!
