![]() We just bought a old Columbia Par Car. After taking the Carb apart and cleaning it, it runs and drives pretty good. I would like to replace a few things, but I can't figure out the year and model. What I think is the serial number is located on the right (passenger side) above the axle. It is XL 2010 90. I have spent HOURS looking at .pdf files here and on other sites and can't find anything starting with XL. By looking at the manuals I think this thing is somewhere around 89 - 92, possibly a G4S. Is this thing an oddity or have I not stumbled on the correct info? Anyone have any ideas what model and year this thing is?

![]() Thanks for responding. It looks like it, but I just don't know. I have searched for HOURS reading manuals and .pdf files. It seems this thing is an oddity. It's hard to tell visually because there have been some modification by the previous owners. Like seats, headlights, horn, removed governor, removed oil injection. It seems to run well now that I removed and cleaned the carb. Still want to pull the head and reed valves for inspection, compression test, and remove and clean up the clutches.

![]() Cart looks pretty solid. Of course you know you will need some different tires. And a hello from the other side of the fence. (Sandbridge)

![]() Indeed, that cart is in the '89 - '92 for sure. That's the still older style Columbia engine. The "newer" ones had Briggs engines.
