Power??
I just purchased a gasoline parcar from a fellow on Ebay, It's been modified bodywise and is real nice. I met him in KY where there are rolling hills and the cart runs great! BUT back in southern WV at my camp the hills are real steep and the cart won't pull the hill which is paved. Do I change clutches, Gears? I don't know what to do
