1991 Par Car Starting Problem

I need a repair and parts manual for my cart the dealer here in Salt Lake City is not very helpful and doesn't do much with the carts. I have had it running off of starter fluid but need to get the diagrams of how the cables are suppose to be hooked up. I have had a tough time trying to get the information needed so I can fix my cart. Thank you.

Starter fluid is a no no in a 2 cycle, mix some gas and oil and use a spray bottle.

Most of these carts on here have the oil pump and gov removed.
