Default 1993 carpar wont charge

1993 Columbia ParCar LG4:
OEM kit switch is obsolete, thus I have a aftermarket kit...came with poor, poor instructions that did not make work...so i came up with my own. Something is wrong, I have sketched out how i have it wired so I could use some help because the system is not charging. I have also installed a new starter/gen and voltage reg. thanks for the help and i hope the img shows up....here it goes

Maybe post some picture and details of what you did?

The diagram is what i did to wire it. I was curious if anyone has installed this aftermaket keyswitch with dual solenoid setup to see if I have wired it incorrectly, or can see something incorrect with what I have wired.

thanks for the links to your previous postings with helpful diagrams, etc.
I'll have to study up on the diagrams, but I'm still thinking I've got to be close. I guess I could toss the $80 in the trash and go down a different path. Thanks to the vendor for providing horrible instructions with the parts, kind of a joke, if you ask me. now i may be out that 80 plus voltage reg and start/gen.....

Here's a bit more infor on the circuit- after testing what the solinoids were doing when engergized and when not. I have updated how I am planning on wiring to try and get this cart to charge- I'll post my findings. - I won't get this probably until tomorrow evening- but in the meantime if someone see's something I might have wrong, I'll check the post prior to hitting the pedal.

Jeggers- THanks you for the links again!

I am not sure what kind of contactors came with your kit. What you need is 2 single pole double through (SPDT) contactors with a 12vdc coils. One DPDT would be best but I have not found one to handle the 200amp, And that is not what you have.

F2- Hook up 12vdc from the solenoid contactor on the cart.

A2- This should be the forward direction. Closing A2 to F1 and A1 to ground should start the cart in the forward direction.

A1- This is the backwards direction. Closing A1 ti F1 and A2 to ground should start the cart in reverse.

The normal position of the contactors is with no power to the coils. In this position the wires should be hooked up in the forward positions. When power is supplied to the coil the the normaly closed positions will open and close the contacts that are normaly open. starting the cart in reverse.
