f/r switch replacement
I was reading on some other posts about replacing the f/r switch and I came across this.

Re: f/r switch replacement
FYI, the OEM is available through the factory, or through NIVEL if you don't want to do any conversion.

Re: f/r switch replacement
I think I'm going to try the conversion since the OEM key switches seem to be a common problem with these but I'm brand new to the Columbia carts. I'm used to working on Club Car and E-Z-Go.
How do you order parts through the factory? Are most parts available via this method or is it the same as most of the gc sites (EG: rebuild kits, solenoids, etc)? Thanks |

Re: f/r switch replacement
We usually send orders through dealers, but if you don't have a dealer in town, you CAN order through our P/A dept, if you have the part number (and you should since I've loaded the manuals on BGW), and a credit card. 800-222-4653 is the phone.

Re: f/r switch replacement
I've been using one of the new switches for a couple months now and have had no problems with it.
Thanks Tech |

Re: f/r switch replacement
Do you have a link or a part # and web site to buy one?
Thank you |

Re: f/r switch replacement
I cut mine a part, cleaned off the contacts and glued it back together, been working fine for a few months now.
If you don't want your old switch send it my way. |
