Engine Upgrade for 1994 Columbia Cart
Hi all. Just picked up a 1994 Columbia golf cart (4 seater). Where I live is quite hilly, so I'm looking into getting a bigger engine for it. Any suggestion? Otherwise, what is the possibility of swapping the original 2 stroke engine to a 4 stroke one without a major modification? Thank you in advance.

Re: Engine Upgrade for 1994 Columbia Cart
Thanks Brooklyn.
Are you talking about the 23hp V-twin Vertical engine? How much modification do I need to do? (I've only got basic technical knowledge.) Can you explain to me with a little more details? Do I have to modify the chassis too? What are the Briggs Vanguard 13hp Single cylinder engine? Will it be a direct fit? Thanks. |
