Default Got a parcar over the weekend. Now I need some help

I was given a ParCar over the weekend, that seems to be in pretty good shape given it's age. I was told that the rear seal needs replaced for it to run again. I went ahead and ordered both the clutch side and the flywheel side seals. How difficult are these to replace? Does anyone have a link to a guide, or youtube video showing the process? Is there anything else I should be doing to the motor to freshen it up (especially since I'll have it apart replacing the seals)?

The other thing I could use some help with is identifying the year of the cart. Based on the information I have and have come across, I'm guessing it's from around 1986/1987. Here are some photos of the cart and numbers I could find: imgur.com/a/9NDvT#0 (sorry I can't post an actual link yet -- haven't been registered long enough). The serial number has partially worn away.

Based on your photos and living in Iowa, the two closest VIN's are 5K-22364-C7 (1987) which was registered to Berry Hill Golf Course in Bridgeton MO; and 5K-22864-C8 (198 which was registered to Bubs Golf Cars in Sturgis SD. Maybe you know where it came from.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm pretty sure that the cart was purchased in Norwalk, Iowa as it has what looks to be the original dealer key fob attached to the cart key.

I was able to find the list of service manual pdfs here on Buggies Gone Wild in another thread. I didn't see a manual that specifically mentioned the 1987/8 parcars, other than service manual supplements, so I opened up the 1981 Harley Davidson Gas Golf Cart Manual. Is this manual relevant for the parcar that I have, specifically for replacing the crankshaft seals? Also, after looking at that manual, it seems I'll need to order gaskets as well. Is there anything else I should replace while I have the engine apart? Are there any "universal" tools I can use in place of some of the specialized tools like the Flywheel puller that it talks about?

Thanks for the help
