'96 Parcar questions
The next project cart in the shop is a '96 gas ParCar and it has it's own quirks. On to the questions.
Is there ANYONE who deals with aftermarket parts for these things? I can't seem to find anything. Are the engines supposed to stay running or do the standard pedal start/stop? This one has it's own momentary switch and stays running until you turn the key off. What have people done for lift kits and is it possible with this body style? |

Re: '96 Parcar questions
They shut off when foot's off the accelerator pedal. Many parts are available through the dealer network, or if no dealer around, factory direct. Many parts like switches or lifts are generic and can be found through site sponsors, or they know of sources.

Strange, this one is wired to run until the key is turned off.

Re: '96 Parcar questions
Grab the wiring diagram from the parts manual, and see if you can put it back to normal.
