Default 88 parcar loud buzz when I turn key

I have 2 gas Parcars that I purchased from the same guy. Both batteries where dead, so I replaced them. When I turn the key to start all Iget is a loud BUZZZZZ from a metal box that sits in front of air filter. There are 2 wires that connect to it one green from ignition the other is a ground. I do not have manual and am not sure what the part is called. nothing else happensexcept for buzzz, starter does not turn over. Both carts do same thing, I have never worked on one of these type of carts so I am not sure if there is a proceedure for starting. Please hel! Wife is mad already that I bought now I cant get either to run

Yes, I am an idiot! The buzzer sound is the rev buzzer... However i did figure out my problem after looking and following wires and using common sense I realized the gas pedal is used to turn starter over. Ilooked under the cart and seen a wire off under gas pedal I hooked it up and it turned right over. I am not sure what is the no turn over prob on the other cart but will check everything over. I am not familiar with common prob with these carts if anyone has some info on things to check please let me know

first check to make sure you have a good battery, second test the key switch using the methods described in the manuals, third check the micro switch that is on the gas pedal, using a multi-meter set on continuity will be the best for checking switches, start with that and let us know what you find out. good luck

another thing to check, there should be a smaller wire coming from the positive terminal and it goes to a circuit breaker, make sure the wiring looks good and you aren't missing any connections
