Help with very slow drive (video inside)
Hey guys can anyone help me out here I got a Columbia par car 2 stroke and it's very very slow
I have a video of it on a stand so u can see the drive working Also a pic of the driven clutch that has wear badly but would that make it slow? Here is video and pic |

Man, I have 0 experience with anything later than 1985 but, unless I am missing something, those clutches look to be working just fine. That drive clutch can't be collapsing any more than it already is.
Just a shot in the dark but do the back wheels turn faster when raised up then when it's on the ground? How slow is slow? One of my carts ran like hell when the rear end was jacked up off the ground but wouldn't do 5 mph when on the ground. The clutches were working just like yours appear to be. My issue ending up being bad timing. |
