88 Columbia Drive Clutch Weights
Hi All
What is the correct installation of the weights, I know there are only 6 (2x2x2) with gaps between each set of 2 but does any one have a pic of how to correctly install them on the alum flange.? They all fell out when I removed the clutch. Each weight has a line on them, I believe the line faces out and is set closest to the center of the clutch.??? Is that correct.? |

Re: 88 Columbia Drive Clutch Weights
I am not familiar with the newer clutches and have checked the manuals up to 1990 and am not sure which clutch you have. The weight assembly probably assembles where the heaviest weight section is outward where the action will be easier to start with lower RPM. Sorry I couldn't help much!
