Personaly I have 3 carts that are 2 cycle and I'm loyal to whatever is on sale as long as it's 2 cycle oil . havn't seen any difference in performance , still working on a full case I bought at auction back in june for .15 per qt .

As little oil as these engines use, go with the good stuff. At 100:1 you should really be able to trust the oil to do its job. I run either Royal purple 2 cycle or Amsoil Saber Professional. Both are great synthetics and work great at the lower ratios. This is just my humble opinon. I am sure this will draw some heated criticism... I'm ready for it.

I mix 1.5 oz per gal... a little richer for extended runs and when you really work it hard. The extra lubrication is good to have and doesn't make it run rich. If your just using the cart for golf, the normal 100:1 is fine because its a small drive and then rest, small drive and rest. I go hard on mine for 30+ min at a time.
