Default Gas EzGo Busting up

Did a rebuild a Ezgo txt and now it is busting up. If you hold the gas pedal down it will work through it and runs out fine. I have cleaned all grounds. I have swapped coils and can not get it figured out. It does not do it all the time. Any help would be appreciated.

Some basic information would go a long way towards helping you.

What year is it?
2 stroke, or 4 stroke?
How much of a "rebuild" did you actually do?
What was the purpose of the rebuild?
Did it run before the rebuild?
How much did you mess with the carburetor?
Do you have any pictures so we can see if anything obvious is wrong?
What is your basic skill level?
Are you a mechanic, parts changer, or check writer?
What is your definition of "busting up"? Losing ignition, or stumbling over itself from a fuel problem?

Answer those, and we should be able to get you going in the right direction.

.... My guess is... "Busting up" = Spit and Sputter! (I've been wrong before though! )

Sorry for not posting enough info.
It is a 99 four stroke
Cart was running when decided to do rebuild
Cart was smoking lightly but decided winter would be a good time to do rebuild
Put new rings, 1 exhaust valve, New seats and all new gaskets
Had machine shop mic everything out
Busting up means skipping and missing
Put a friends carb on to rule that out cart still does it even with his carb
Also put his coil on it and still same prob

Water in gas? Restricted fuel flow (filter pump etc)?

Tune -up? Spark plug gap too wide? Coil?

You checked all of the grounds, but you could have a loose connection on your microswitches, or even a bare wire that rubs against something. Shorting it out like that would also cause an intermittent condition.

Since it doesn't do it all of the time, I do not believe that it is an internal engine problem.

To add.....Check the flywheel and/or magnet......loose, covered, movement????
definitely sounds electrical in nature.
